This is to caress someone's ego and make amends in some measure for total public humiliation (not mentioning any names) and to add some funny to your day.
There is infact a small, quite insignificant really, collection of words that i seem to have confused in years past. It's with great humility that i advertise these, my very own faux-pas....
1. Gymlastics; because gym folk are elastic and bendy type beings; hence 'lastics'. Circa 1989
2. Endges; an end and edge who have joined in matrimony. Circa 1990
3.Orderments; as in 'ornaments'. Orderments seemed more correct as they are displayed in order, perhaps on a matelpiece? Circa 1991
4. 'Visable'. Meaning; a viable goal or acheivement. You may also know this as 'feasible'.
Once again, having not kept an actual written record of these ever-so quaint mis-pronunciations, i am unable to give you the uncut version. So if you can patiently wait, i am sure with the help of my husband, whom i earlier made a mockery of and the gift of time...i should be able to fatten the blog soon.
